How do I create an account?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?


Visit “My Account” to view orders you have placed. Click “Change quantities” or “Cancel order” to edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.




My order never arrived / An item is missing from my shipment


Visit “My Account” to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance. We are careful to record weights & video for your security.




How much is my shipping?


Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.   USA is $6.50 and Free if the order is over $500.  




Do you ship to my country?


Yes – we ship to the majority of the world but not automatically. USA & Canada are built into our website checkout, but if your country isn’t listed in the shopping cart please email us for a shipping quote. Please provide a shipping address and amount of product.  We will also try and refer you to an Authorized Distributor in your local country if possible.




Do you accept new international bullion dealers?


Our products are sold by bullion dealers all around the globe. If you are in the business of precious metals outside of the USA, you may contact us to inquire about our Authorized Distributor Partnership.



What payment options do you accept?


  • Credit Card – VISA, Mastercard, Discover – Up to $10,000 per transaction


  • Paypal – Up to $10,000 per transaction


  • Bank Wire – Recommended for orders of $1,000 and up.  $200K Online Max.  No limit via Phone once approved by trader.


  • eCheck(ACH) – Up to $5,000 per transaction


  • Cryptocurrency = Not currently available for Automatic Web Orders.  However if you are looking to place trades in excess of 50,000 USD Value we can provide Crypto to Gold/Silver service.  Current coins we can handle:  Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, XRP, DASH, Tether, Litecoin, Stellar, Cardano, BAT, ONT, and more.  Please inquire with us.

When will my order ship?


Typical retail orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of payment clearing however lead times may be longer or shorter depending on market conditions such as the COVID19 situation.  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item or the sitewide disclaimer at the top of the SHOP page.  Also, after placing your order, you may click the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.  You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  Large bank wired orders are subject to slightly more time as all our bullion is freshly minted.

Do you have a storefront for viewing, local pickup or offer Tours?


We operate manufacturing & distribution facilities only and all orders are shipped due to security. No local pickups but we offer low or free shipping options.  While we would love to offer tours to our great customers, unfortunately are do not offer this.  The address listed our our website is for Mail Only.




What is a bank wire?


Bank wire transfers are an expedient method for transferring funds between bank accounts. Some banks may charge a fee so we recommend this option on orders around $3-4K and higher.




What is an ACH – eCheck?



Automated Clearing House is an electronic banking network often used for direct deposit and electronic payment.  Essentially an Electronic Check.  You enter your check information online instead of having to mail in a physical check and risk loss of mail or long snail shipping times.  The ACH payment clearing time is just like a normal check, 5-10 business days.  Your order will then be marked as cleared and processed for shipping.


As with regular checks, eCheck/ACH enables customers to transfer funds directly from their bank account. However, unlike a paper check, eChecks spare customers the trouble of mailing a check through the snail mail. At the time of check out you will need to provide your Routing Number and Account Number that can be found on your traditional paper check. Make sure that your Billing & Shipping Address matches the Address on file with your bank.


Once the order has been placed you will receive a Pending Order Email. Your purchase has essentially locked the quantities and price assuming the payment clears. Clearing times are a minimum of 5 or more days. Customers will first see the money leave their account within 1-3 days, however that does not mean it’s fully cleared with Scottsdale Mint’s bank. Once the funds are cleared, you will receive a FUNDED email and your account will be marked as such. Then when your order is shipped out you will receive an email that will include your Tracking Number. This is a slower process and think of it just like a regular check so please have patience. While eCheck does offer convenience for some, if you need a quicker result please choose Bank Wire, Paypal, or Credit Card.



I live outside the USA, will I have to pay Customs Taxes/Duties/Fee’s?


We ship throughout the world and each country has it’s own rules. All duties, taxes, customs fees must be paid by the customer (if any) once the package enters the country. You may be subject to taxes and/or duties and/or customs fees for your order. Please consult your local customs broker for more information on duty and tax rates. We ship using all the correct documentation.




How is my order shipped? Is it insured?


Orders are shipped either USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Armored Truck service such as Brinks or Loomis.  Each package is fully insured and typically requires a signature upon delivery.




Selecting a Shipping Address


We fully insure all of our shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by us. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any delivery service/carriers to leave parcels un-attended for you without the need for a signature. Or, you have given them instructions to leave your package with someone else such as a neighbor, building manager, drop-off location such as The UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc, etc., Your package will not be covered! Please use discernment when selecting your shipping address.



Do you buy back silver and gold?


Yes, we do buy back the products we offer on our website from customers in the USA. Please contact us for buyback pricing.  Scottsdale branded products typically receive higher resale prices than other brands.


How do I get a discount?


Our website offers various volume discount levels which may be shown for each product. We do not surcharge for the use of Paypal or Credit Cards such as Visa, MC, or Discover, however we do offer “cash discounts” when you select to pay with Bank Wire or ACH/eCheck. You can add and change the various product quantities to your shopping cart to see the adjusted prices.  Also, if you are signed up for our newsletter you may on occasion receive a coupon code.
