Random Year 90% U.S. Silver Washington Quarters – $10 Face Value Bag
Add recognizable U.S. constitutional silver to your holdings with a $10 face value bag of Random Year 90% U.S. Silver Washington Quarters. These genuine United States Mint coins were originally produced for circulation and offer silver in familiar quarter-dollar denominations.
Each bag contains 40 Washington quarters with a combined face value of $10. Based on the standard circulated 90% silver calculation of approximately 0.715 troy ounces per $1 face value, the bag contains approximately 7.15 troy ounces of silver.
Dates, mint marks, and conditions will vary from bag to bag.
The Washington Quarter
The Washington quarter was introduced in 1932 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of George Washington’s birth. Designed by sculptor John Flanagan, the obverse features a portrait of the first U.S. president.
The classic reverse features an American eagle with its wings spread above a bundle of arrows, with olive branches incorporated into the design. This design appeared on Washington quarters for decades and became a familiar part of American circulating coinage.
Washington quarters struck for circulation through 1964 were produced with a composition of 90% silver and 10% copper. Beginning in 1965, circulating quarters transitioned to a copper-nickel clad composition, making these earlier issues a recognizable form of U.S. constitutional silver.
90% U.S. Constitutional Silver
This $10 face value bag contains 40 circulated Washington quarters. Their smaller denominations provide a convenient way to own physical silver across multiple individual coins rather than a single larger piece.
Because these coins previously circulated, individual pieces may display wear, toning, marks, softened details, or other characteristics associated with age and circulation. Specific dates, mint marks, and individual conditions are selected at random and cannot be guaranteed.
